SureCal 10 liter horizontal calorifier/boiler

Calorifiers from SureCal are built from the best materials, making them efficient and dependable. It uses drop coil technology as well as an immersion heater to heat up the stored water. With the finned surface heat exchanger used in the boiler, heat recovery is unmatched.

The heat from your engine’s cooling system is used to warm up the clean water from your onboard water system. The RV water heater also features a standard thermostatic mixer valve, which increases hot water capacity by up to 25 percent.

Benefits of the 10 Liter SureCal:

  • Polyurethane insulation is applied to the copper calorifier

  • After being switched off, the immersion coil retains heat for up to 24 hours.

  • Complete instructions are included for quick and easy installation.

  • The calorifier features an immersion hot water heater, stainless steel fixing clamps, and barbed engine coil connections.

Complete your domestic water circle

In order for your hot water system to function smoothly and securely, only a few essential parts are needed. A complete water circle consists of an expansion tank, an accumulator tank, a water pump, and a calorifier.

An expansion tank is used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems from sudden pressure spikes. It can be fitted in any orientation, preferably as close to the calorifier as possible. A 2 liter or 5 liter expansion tank should be sufficient to meet most of your hot water needs in an RV, campervan, or mobile home.

An accumulator tank consists of a water chamber and a pre-pressurized air bladder. It is installed on the pressurized side of the water pump and dampens pressure spikes in the water system. Water accumulator tanks conserve battery power, reduce pump cycling, and increase the durability of water pumps.

RVs require water pumps to provide running water, which is essential for living off-grid comfortably. With an onboard water pump, you can wash your hands, fill the sink, take a shower, and do many other tasks at home that you take for granted. Normally, a 30PSI water pump is sufficient to provide a comfortable stream of water for RV owners.

Included in the kit:

  • Thermostatic mixer valve

  • 4 bar pressure release valve

  • 1kW immersion heater (120/240V)

  • Non-return valve

  • 15mm barbed connections for coil, ready for 15mm push fit plastic plumbing

Complete your domestic water circle

There are only a few essential parts that you need, to ensure that your hot water system works smoothly and securely. A full water circle includes an expansion tank, an accumulator tank, a water pump, and a calorifier.

An expansion tank is a small tank used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems from excessive pressure. They can be fitted in any orientation, preferably as near to the calorifier as is reasonably possible. We offer 2 liter and 5 liter expansion tanks, which should be enough to satisfy most of your RV, campervan, or mobile home hot water needs.

An accumulator tank is a water chamber which has a pre-pressurized internal air bladder. They are installed on the pressured side of your water pump and dampen water pressure ‘spikes’. Accumulator water tanks help reduce pump cycling, increase the water pump’s longevity, and also save battery power.

A water pump provides running water in an RV, which is crucial for living off-grid in comfort. An onboard water pump makes it possible to shower, fill the sink, flush the toilet, and carry out many other tasks you take for granted at home. For most RV owners, a 30PSI water pump is enough to give you a comfortably strong stream of water.
