We stand behind the products we sell and want you to have full confidence in your purchase. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email info@T1NParts.com.
Our warranty team will respond within 24-96 hours.
Include the following details in your email:
- Full name
- Order ID or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue and when it occurred
- Clear, well-lit photos showing the defect or problem
Note: Warranty claims are handled exclusively by email.
Please do not contact phone support for warranty issues.
Coverage and Eligibility
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues only.
- It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or environmental exposure.
- Coverage begins on the original purchase date and follows a prorated replacement schedule (see below).
- Replacement products do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Damage from high winds, hail, storms, floods, or other “Acts of God”
- Damage from chemicals, tree sap, road salt, or pest/animal activity
- Damage caused by covering a wet, hot, or freshly painted vehicle
- Damage related to vehicles with vinyl wraps or deteriorated paint/clear coat
Important Use Guidelines
- Always ensure your vehicle is clean and completely dry before installing a cover.
- Allow the vehicle to cool down before covering it.
- Close all doors, windows, and sun/moon roofs securely.
- For freshly painted vehicles, confirm with your paint shop that the finish is fully cured before using a cover.
- Avoid prolonged use on older paint, lacquer, or clear coat finishes—these may show wear over time.
- Do not use the cover on vinyl-wrapped vehicles.
- Vehicle covers are not designed for hail protection.
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Prorated Replacement Schedule
If your product meets warranty conditions, we’ll replace it according to the following prorated schedule based on your original purchase date:

Products damaged by acts of nature (wind, flood, storm, etc.) qualify for a 70% discount if claimed within the first 12 months.
Final Notes
All warranty claims must go through our official email process.
Purchasing a new replacement cover while a claim is active does not qualify for a refund related to the warranty.
We aim to make the warranty process quick, fair, and transparent—ensuring you get the right support and resolution every time.
If you need to use your warranty, please send an email to Warranty@CarCover.com. We’ll reply within 24 hours.
Make sure your email has: your full name, order ID, what’s wrong, when it happened, and pictures showing the problem.
Don’t call customer service about warranties. They can’t help with warranty emails. We only handle warranty claims through email.
Policy
- Our warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- You’re eligible to receive a replacement cover multiple times throughout the ownership period, as long as you’re the original purchaser and still possess it. The warranty doesn’t transfer to others and is exclusively for the original buyer.
- The warranty starts from when you bought the product and works on a prorated schedule. This means that if you need a replacement cover after 6 months, it won’t be free. Check the prorated schedule below to see how much it will cost.
- Please ensure to keep your receipt or order ID.
Important Points
- When you send photos to the warranty team, make sure it’s well-lit, clear, and focused on the issue.
- You can’t avoid the warranty process by buying a new car cover during an active claim and then asking for a refund. No refunds will be given for new cover purchases related to a warranty claim.
- You need to provide the order number for us to honor the warranty. If you don’t, the warranty won’t apply.
- The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by mistreating or misusing the cover.
- Damage from very strong winds isn’t covered by the warranty.
- Damage from exposure to chemicals isn’t covered by the warranty.
- Damage from pest infestation or animals is not covered by the warranty.
Warnings
- Don’t cover a wet vehicle. Make sure it’s completely dry before putting on the cover.
- Let your car cool down after driving before covering it. Covering a hot car can melt the cover and leave imprints on the paint.
- Make sure the body of your vehicle is not excessively hot before installing the cover. It’s best to do this in the morning when the car has cooled down and hasn’t been in the sun for a while. If the car is too hot, the cover can leave marks on the paint because it might melt and leave an imprint.
- If you’ve waxed your car, ensure that the vehicle is fully dry before installing the cover.
- Close all windows, including sun/moon roofs, securely before installing the cover. For convertibles, raise the top before covering.
- If your vehicle has been recently painted, consult with your painter or body shop before covering it. It’s best to wait until the paint has fully dried to avoid potential damage.
- Extended use of covers may cause damage to older vehicles, lacquer paint, or pre-damaged clear coat. We’re not responsible for such damage.
- Avoid using a cover on a vehicle that has been wrapped, as it may cause deterioration and discoloration.
- Car covers are not made to protect against hail.
- Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We’re not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle.
Prorated Schedule:
During the initial six (6) months from the purchase date, we’ll provide a free replacement for any cover that meets our warranty conditions. Covers damaged due to Acts of God, such as severe winds, pest infestations, floods, fires, and storms, are not eligible for free replacement. Instead, they qualify for a 70% discount off the original price when the warranty is initiated within the first 12 months.
The fee is determined based on the original purchase price and order date. Please refer to the prorated schedule below:
